Ingredients
- Peanut butter – 1 to 2 tbsp
- Jelly or Preserves – 1 to 2 tbsp
- Old Fashion Oats – 1/4 cup
- Water – 1/4 cup
Steps
- Put oats and water in microwavable bowl.
- Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
- Oatmeal will look drier than normal, this will be remedied with peanut butter.
- Put jelly into hot oatmeal.
- Put peanut butter into hot oatmeal and mix all together.
- Eat, but don’t burn your mouth.

Ingredients:
- Sourdough Starter – 1 cup mature
- Milk – 1 cup
- Sugar – 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons
- Egg – 1
- Flour – 2 cups
- Baking Powder – 2 teaspoons
- Baking Soda – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – 1 teaspoon
Steps:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and soda, sugar and salt.
- Add the sourdough starter, milk, egg and oil. Mix well just until combined.
- Spray a pancake griddle with cooking spray or grease well with butter. Heat to about 300-350 degrees.
- Cook like normal pancakes or follow the next 2 steps.
- Pour 1/4 cup pancake batter on the hot griddle. Cook until the pancake starts bubbling on top, then flip the
pancake. - Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes or until the pancake is cooked through.

- 1/3 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk
- 1tbs Chia Seeds
Steps:
- Mix Oats and Chia seeds in jar.
- Pour in the milk of your choice.
- Cap the container and let it sit in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning the Oats will be ready to eat.
